I created a bran new game with a new family and left them go and the welcome wagon showed up.
There's nothing in there but base game everything. I took everything out of my mod folder and only put in a file to stop the idle chatting. It was brought to my attention that autonomy wasn't the same. Works with Patch: 11/22/22 <- Changes needed
